ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION OPEN

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Hours: Flexible.  Full-time.  There is some weekend and evening work.

Location: Black Hills; Generally remote, with weekly meetings in Rapid City; Travel in the Black Hills and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities and Duties: The person in this position will work on a number of tasks, which may include:

  • assist with event planning, coordination, and participation
  • handle a variety of information in electronic and physical systems
  • support the development, printing, and distribution of written materials and reports
  • order and maintain office and event supplies
  • track social media and website activities
  • input electronic information
  • basic bookkeeping
  • other duties as assigned in a fluid work environment.
  • Good communication skills, including both written and oral communication
  • Ability to collect administrative information and keep accurate records
  • Ability to relate to a variety of types of people
  • Well-organized and able to make the decisions needed to handle varied tasks in a work day
  • Work well both independently and as a team member
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Solid keyboarding skills and computer literacy
  • Ability to maintain professional behavior
