Join us as we celebrate World Water Day on Saturday, March 25th in Rapid City, SD. This year’s theme is – “Accelerate Change – Protect Black Hills Water.” This event will bring awareness that together we must move swiftly to protect Black Hills Water from radioactive and destructive mining. Mining companies are coming into the Black Hills like wildfire, moving swiftly to overtake the land and water. Join us to learn what you can do now to Protect the Black Hills.

To begin this year’s celebration we are holding a Call to Action for Prayer and Banner/Sign Waving from 12:00 – 1:00 PM at the corner of 5th and Omaha. This will be followed by social time and refreshments at Aby’s, 406 5th St beginning at 1:30 PM.  The main program will include music, speakers, a silent auction, door prizes, and a short video. 

The event is free, and everyone is encouraged to attend.
